Navigating the Endless Gauntlet

While the first few jumps are simple, the game quickly introduces a terrifying array of traps and mechanical hazards designed to end your climb. Being fast is just as important as being accurate, because the screen is constantly scrolling upward.

• Spinning Saw Blades: Often placed in tight clusters or moving back and forth on fixed rails. You must thread the needle between them to survive.
• Crumbling Pegs: Unlike standard blue pegs which you can hang out on indefinitely, red or cracked pegs will shatter shortly after you grab them. You have mere milliseconds to aim your next shot before you plummet to your doom.
• Laser Barriers: Timed hazards that switch on and off rhythmically. You must watch their tempo and launch yourself exactly when the barrier powers down.
• Bouncy Bumpers: Hitting green slimes or mechanical bumpers will instantly deflect your momentum, which can either save a bad jump or bounce you directly into a trap.

Collecting Coins and Unlocking Skins

The primary goal is distance, but secondary to survival is wealth! Floating strategically between the deadly traps are golden coins. Many of these coins require you to take much riskier, less optimal paths through the obstacle course.

Risking it all for coins is worth it. Between runs, you can spend your hard-earned gold in the game's shop menu to spin a prize wheel. This wheel unlocks a massive roster of silly, cosmetic characters. You can swap out the titular Ape for a pig, a frog, an alien, or even a piece of sushi, all with the exact same stretchy physics.
